Help, troubleshooting, and contact information for Echo.

Requirements

  • iOS 16 or later
  • An iPhone with enough free storage to install and save game progress
  • Touch input for normal play

Echo creates an anonymous guest automatically and requires a network connection to load and save campaign progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I attack?

Move close enough for an enemy to enter blade range. Echo attacks automatically when the weapon is ready. If no strike happens, close the distance or wait for the current attack cooldown to finish.

How do I start a stage?

Tap an unlocked point on the world map to select it, then tap that point again to deploy.

Why did I take damage during a strike?

Enemies can deal contact damage, and bosses use attacks with visible warnings. Move into range deliberately, then create space or move around the warning area before the attack lands.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Echo synchronizes unlocked and completed stages with its cloud service. Audio settings remain local. Add a passkey from Settings → Account to load the same game data on another Apple device.

How do I recover or delete my game data?

Open Settings → Account. Use Save Game Data to add a passkey, Load Game Data to recover an existing account, or Delete Game Data to permanently remove the cloud record and local campaign progress.

The game is silent. What should I check?

Open Settings from the world map and confirm that Echo is not muted and that the master, music, and sound-effect levels are above zero. Also check the iPhone's system volume and Silent Mode.

Does Echo send gameplay or personal data anywhere?

Echo uploads anonymous account information, campaign progress, and gameplay events used to measure the player funnel and retention. It does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
